Our Process

Discovery

After our initial contact whether by phone or email we will get you started on our client questioner. The propose of the questioner is to help us better understand your company and its project goals. It also helps us establish a scope of work and provide you a more accurate estimate.

Once your questioner has been reviewed we will send you a creative brief and project package outlining the work to be completed as well as deliverables, timeline and budget. Upon receipt of your initial payment, authorization to proceed and client assets your online client account will be activated and we will be ready to start the creation of your website.

Development

One of the most important tool in planning a successful website is the use of a wireframe. We will provide you with a wireframe of the front page and one interior page as a reference to the proposed design (there may be additional views depending on the size of the site). If requested we will also provide one alternative version of the website wire frame. We will then incorporate your changes and begin work on the fully render design comps which will be sent for your review and sign-off.

The next step in the process is the actual creation of the site. Packages 1 and 2 site are typically written with a mixture of XHTML/CSS, PHP and Javascript. Package 3 will usually also include use of a MySQL database and Drupal content management system.

With your online account you will be able to track the progress of your project though out all stages of its development.

Deployment

Once finished and all content has been added to the site we will upload your site to our production server for testing and review. At this point we can test all aspects of the site to makes sure everything is working as intended.

The project is now almost complete and ready for final project sign-off. With final sign-off we are now ready to make the site live on your server. Package 3 clients will also receive a hand-off package which includes a style guide, help file, original Photoshop documents and more.
